William Cohen is an Associate with MSD. He is actively involved in automobile, premises liability, and labor law litigation. Most of his time is spent on the discovery phase of the cases as well as trial preparation. He regularly conducts depositions and prepares dispositive motions.
He is known for great attention to detail and obtaining case changing information about Plaintiffs through social media and other media.
