Alejandro Martínez Sánchez is an Associate (Pending Admission) with Molod Spitz & DeSantis, P.C. He has been serving in a paralegal capacity and now will be handling a wide range of matters involving general liability, premises liability, construction accidents, with a particular focus on motion practice and appellate work.
Prior to joining the firm, Alejandro gained international experience in different firms based in Europe, Asia and the US, advising on cross-border disputes, arbitration, and corporate transactions. He also lectures on dispute resolution at various institutions.
His global background strengthens his ability to analyze matters from a broader perspective and provide support to clients with issues involving international components. He is multilingual – fluent in English, Spanish, Catalan, Italian, and French. He also has limited fluency in German and Russian.
Alejandro has passed the New York Bar Exam and is awaiting admission to the New York Bar.
