Claire Lieber is an Associate of the firm. Ms. Lieber assists and advises insurers and insureds in all matters and phases of defense litigation.
While in Law School she was an editor and writer on the Environmental Law Journal and served as a delegate to the National Association of Environmental Law Societies.
Ms. Lieber is a seasoned attorney who has focused her practice on personal injury and medical malpractice from all angles of litigation, including as claims counsel for a malpractice insurance carrier.
Ms. Lieber’s strong interest in environmental/public health led her to open a health and fitness spa for girls, which she owned for a number of years, expanding her legal knowledge in the area of fitness club, premises liability, and real estate law.
In her private time, Ms. Lieber volunteers as youth mentor with the Nassau County Bar Association and a trainer for The Safe Center LI.
