James Basile

James Basile is an attorney at Molod Spitz & DeSantis, P.C. in New York.  Mr. Basile works on both New York and New Jersey cases. Mr. Basile analyzes and evaluates case files,  conducts research, inspections, and drafts motions to assist in the prosecution and defense of cases in premises liability, municipal law, and automobile cases. James is a prospective trial attorney, having worked with the firm throughout law school.  He continues to accrue invaluable experience, which will enhance his contribution to the clients of our firm for years to come.
