Molod Spitz & DeSantis, P.C. is pleased to announce that Andrew B. Small has been made a Partner. Mr. Small joined the Firm in 2014 and has been instrumental in handling many of the larger cases in the office. Additionally, he has mentored the younger associates in the office on procedure, discovery and research.
Mr. Small is a trial attorney that began his career in 1986 as a commercial litigator. He then became a Bronx Assistant District Attorney for four years, serving in the violent felony division. Immediately prior to joining Molod Spitz & DeSantis, P.C. Mr. Small was a Principal in his own law firm where he represented clients who were insured by large national insurance carriers. Mr. Small has a strong background in physiology through mastering Aikido. He is an instructor and holds a fourth-degree black belt.
