Our knowledge extends to various aspects of employment law including the Americans with Disabilities Act; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; the Family Medical Leave Act; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and the Violence Against Women Act of 1994. In addition, we assist clients in developing employment policies and conducting workplace training.
